The short version
What this is, who makes it, and what it costs.
What is Total Football?
A football tactics library, published as diagrams rather than clips. Every system is drawn from scratch on a scale pitch and taken apart phase by phase: how a back four slides across, how a press is triggered, how a low block is opened. The short videos run on social; this site is the written, illustrated version of the same library, plus the board the videos are made on.
Browse the library Do you use real match footage?
Not in our videos and library pages: every frame is drawn. A broadcast clip shows you one camera angle of one moment, and the four players who moved at the same time are usually outside the frame, which is the part you actually needed to see. Drawing it means the whole shape is visible at once and the distances are geometrically real rather than guessed from a camera angle. In the Studio, a coach can put their own frame from a real match under a phase with Match Picture.
How the videos are made Is any of this free?
The whole library is free to read and the daily card on Telegram is free to follow. The Studio has a free plan, Beginner, with no card and no time limit, and two paid plans, Amateur and Pro, that add more tools. You can try Amateur or Pro free for 7 days, once per account.
What each plan includes Who makes it?
Total Football is published by NAURRA AI LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, number HE 493756. The same operation draws the videos, writes this site, builds the Studio and runs the Total Stats model. You can reach it at totalfootball@naurra.ai.
About Total Football Do I need to be a coach to get anything out of it?
No. Everything here assumes you watch football and nothing beyond that. Coaches use the boards in sessions, players use them to understand what their role is asking of them, and supporters use them to see what is happening away from the ball. Nothing is written in badge-course language.
How often is something new published?
Roughly one system a week into the library, and the same one goes out in the weekly email. The short version of each one goes out to 80,000+ followers across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, who between them watched 30M+ views in the last 3 months.
Can I use the diagrams with my own team?
Yes, and that is what they are for: show them in a session, put them on a screen in a dressing room, send them to a player. If you want to republish one publicly, credit Total Football and link to the page rather than rehosting the image.
The library
Reading a system, and finding the right one.
Which system should I read first?
Defending In A Back Four. It is the most-watched breakdown on the channel by a distance, and it teaches the idea every other defending system is built on: pressure, cover and balance handed down a line of four as the ball moves.
Start there Do I have to watch the video to follow a page?
No. Each page carries every phase in order (the diagram, a caption and the explanation) and reads top to bottom as an illustrated article on its own. The video is the same lesson compressed into twenty seconds.
What do the colours on the board mean?
Green is the team being taught and slate is the opposition. A gold ring or a label marks the one thing that phase is about: the player pressing, the free man, the block, the door being left open. If something is highlighted, it is the point of that frame.
How is the library organised?
By theme: defending, build-up, pressing, attacking and set pieces. Each theme has its own page listing every system in it, and each system links to three siblings at the foot of the page, so following the game rather than the menu gets you somewhere sensible.
All themes How long does a system take to read?
Five to seven minutes. A system is five to seven phases, each one a diagram and about a hundred and fifty words, and the phases are numbered so you can leave one half-read and come back to it.
Can I ask for a system to be covered?
Yes. Reply to any newsletter or email totalfootball@naurra.ai with the question you actually want answered, phrased the way you would ask a coach, not the way you would title a video. A good share of the library started as one of those.
The Studio
The board itself: what it does, what comes out, and what it costs.
What is Total Football Studio?
Total Football Studio is a football tactics board tool that hands you the exact canvas our videos are drawn on. Pick a pitch, pick one of twenty-five formations and eleven counters stand in it. Move them to where the ball takes them, and the built-in animation engine turns the movement between the two positions into film.
See the Studio What is a system?
A system is one board and everything on it: the pitch, the shape, every phase you posed and the words you wrote on each one. It is the thing you open, edit, send and keep. Every breakdown in the library is a system, and so is each of the ones you can open here without an account.
Read the library What is a sequence, and how is it different from a system?
A sequence is a slice of a system: a run of phases lifted out of one board with the identities stripped off, so there are no names, no photos and nobody in particular left in it. What remains is the movement. Save it once to your account and you can drop it onto any other board, where it runs on whoever is standing there. A system is a board you keep. A sequence is a movement you keep, and it does not mind which board it lands on.
What is the Team Centre?
The Team Centre is the page for your team's week, under Your team in the portal. On every plan: keep your fixtures or import them from your league's calendar link, see them in your own calendar app, count both shapes line against line, keep notes on each opponent, and build the match prep board in one tap. On Amateur and Pro: mark the moments of a whole match from its video, gather them in a Video tab and play them as playlists. On Pro: mark who is injured or suspended, pick your team sheet, turn the result into a match report, see the season in numbers, rate players with monthly reviews, and plan every training week round your matches with a register.
See Team Centre features Can my fixtures and training days show in Google or Apple Calendar?
Yes. On Fixtures in the Team Centre, make a private calendar link and subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. It carries every match (kick-off, venue, competition, and the score once you add it) and every training day of your season plan with its job, and calendars refresh it every few hours. It never carries a player: no names, no team sheets, no availability and no notes. Turn it off or make a new link at any time. It is on every plan.
Read the Team Centre guide Can I send a match report to the parents' group?
Yes, on Pro. Open a result in the Team Centre and make a match report: the score, the starting eleven, the bench, goals, assists and cards, and a few words of your own. Save it as a picture, copy it as text or share it, with full names, first names or initials, so a parents' group never needs the whole squad list. Your few words are only on that report and are not saved.
Read the Team Centre guide Can I keep my training session plans in my account?
Yes, in Sessions, in the portal beside Your team. Each session is the session planner with your drills, grids, timings and coaching points, saved to your account as you change it and filed by the day it is for. Print it on A4, open its blocks as boards that move, and share it with your staff. Beginner keeps 5 sessions; Amateur and Pro keep as many as you like.
Read the Sessions guide Can I show a one-two, or two passes, in a single phase?
Yes. Draw the pass, then the return pass: an action by a player who has just moved or received the ball waits its turn by itself, so the actions play in order inside the same move, numbered on the board, up to four steps. Tap the end of a player's run to carry on from it for a zig-zag, or press Then, after to make any action wait for the ones before it.
Read the work faster guide Does the Studio have keyboard shortcuts?
Yes. Space plays the film, N adds a phase, 1 to 9 jump to a phase, the arrow keys nudge what is picked half a metre (Shift for two and a half), Cmd or Ctrl with C, X, V and D copy, cut, paste and duplicate across phases and boards, E opens quick settings, G places the last piece of equipment again, H hides every arrow and / finds a tool. Press ? on the board for the full list.
Read the work faster guide How much does the Studio cost?
It has a free plan. Beginner costs nothing, needs no card and never expires, and has the whole animation engine with 15 boards on the web. Amateur (from €8.99 a month) and Pro (from €15.99 a month) add more tools. It runs in the browser, and the iPhone and iPad app is free on the App Store.
Compare the plans Do I need an account?
To build a board, yes: sign in with Google or Apple and you are on it. To watch one, no: a board somebody shares with you opens on any device with no app, no account and no sign-in at the other end.
Do I have to install anything?
No. The Studio runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to download to build, play or share a board. If you would rather have it in its own window, there is a free app for Mac and Windows, and for a touch screen there is the free iPhone and iPad app. All of them use the same account and the same boards.
Is the Studio in Spanish, and how do I change the language?
Yes. The Studio speaks English and Spanish: every tool, menu, tactic and guide inside it, and the words on what you export. A browser set to Spanish opens it in Spanish, and you can switch at any time in Settings, under Language. It is the same on every plan, the free one too, and in the Mac and Windows app. The Playbook e-books come in Spanish as well, with English, German, French and Italian in the same purchase.
See the e-books Do I have to animate anything?
No, and there is no timeline to learn. You pose the board at one moment, add a phase and pose it at the next. The movement between the two poses is worked out for you. It asks you to think the way you already do at a whiteboard.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, and best through the app: TotalFootball Studio for iPhone and iPad is free to download on the App Store and built for a touch screen. The web Studio works in a phone browser too, but its editor wants about nine hundred pixels of width, so on a small screen it says so once and then lets you carry on anyway. Finished boards play perfectly on any phone.
See the iPhone and iPad app Is there an iPhone or iPad app?
Yes. TotalFootball Studio is free to download on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and needs iOS 17 or later. Sign in with the same account you use on the web and every system, sequence and squad you have made is already on it, on the same plan. Each month in the app, the free plan makes 2 new boards, 2 sequences and 5 squad players, Amateur 20, 8 and 20 (doubled as an early offer), and Pro as many as you like.
See the app Is there an app for Mac or Windows?
Yes. Total Football Studio for Mac and Windows is a free download from this site. It is the same studio as on the web, in its own window with its own icon in the dock or taskbar, board files open with a double-click, and it keeps itself up to date. Sign in with the same account and everything you have made is there, on the same plan. It needs an internet connection, because your boards live in your account. On the free plan the app works on 2 computers; Amateur and Pro have no limit.
Download the desktop app Can somebody save a copy of a board I send them?
Only if you let them. When you share a board, the switch Let them save a copy is on unless you turn it off. With it on, anyone who opens the link can press Save a copy and get their own editable board in their studio, signed as theirs, while your board and your link stay exactly as they are. With it off, they can watch and print it, but not keep a copy. Links you sent before this switch existed stay watch-only until you open Share on that board again.
Can I save a board as a file, and import it again?
Yes. Download file on My boards, or Export then Editable file in the studio, saves a board as a .tfs file. Import on My boards opens .tfs files, a backup .zip, or a link somebody shared with you, and adds each one as a new board of yours; nothing you already have is changed. Player photos, your club, your crest and your signature never go into a file, so the coach who opens it signs it as theirs.
See import and the Football Manager grid Can I back up all my boards?
Yes, on every plan. Import on My boards has Back up everything, which downloads every board you own as one .zip of .tfs files, with a folder for each of your folders. Import that zip on any account to bring them all back. Boards you restore count towards your plan’s board limit like any other.
Can I turn my Football Manager tactic into a tactics board?
Yes. Import on My boards has From Football Manager: lay the tactic out on the same position grid as the game, give each player a role, and add the shape you defend in if you want one. You get a board with a phase for each shape that moves every player from one to the other, ready to edit, share and export. Nothing is read from the game or its files, and Total Football Studio is not affiliated with Sports Interactive or SEGA.
See the Football Manager grid Can I import boards from another tactics app?
Not as files. Other tactics boards save their work in formats only they can open, so there is nothing a different app can read. Rebuilding is quick: pick a formation and pose each phase, or lay a shape out on the Football Manager grid in Import. Boards made in Total Football Studio move freely between accounts as .tfs files.
Can I draw tactics over a screenshot from a real match?
Yes, with Match Picture, on Amateur and Pro. Upload a frame from a broadcast or a club camera and mark four or more points of the pitch on it, like the corners of the box and the penalty spot, and the Studio works out the camera that took it. Find the players then finds every player in the frame on your device, with no credits, splits the teams by their shirts and puts them on the board. Your runs, passes and zones lie on the grass in perspective, in Play and in every video and picture. The picture is private to you: a share link, Team Talk and the PDF show that phase on your board.
See Match Picture on a real match Can I show a phase from a player's point of view?
Yes, with Player's Eye, on Amateur and Pro. Pick a player and the camera stands where they stand, a little above their head, and watches the ball; on a move into that phase it rides their run. It shows in Play, on the share link, in every video and in every picture. His view lets you pose and edit the phase through the player's eyes before you play it.
How Player's Eye works Can I analyse match video in the Studio?
Yes, with Match Video, on Amateur and Pro. Bring in a clip from a broadcast or a club camera and mark the pitch on one frame: the Studio follows the camera through the whole clip, so everything you draw stays on the grass while it plays. Freeze it where you want to explain, follow the players you pick with rings, and add the ball touch by touch. On Pro, track every player, put them on your board so it moves like the match, and measure the back line, the shape and a player's speed. On a wide screen it opens in the Match Analysis room, where the clip plays along a timeline and every figure sits on it from the moment you pick. The clip is private to you.
See Match Video What match footage works with Match Video?
A clip from a broadcast or a club camera, in MP4, MOV or WebM. Up to a minute is kept, at up to 1080p, so a longer clip is cut to the minute you pick. The main wide camera works best: a replay or a close-up cuts the follow, and a frame marked after the cut follows that part too. Pitches can be any size from 90 to 120 metres long and 45 to 90 wide: set yours, or let the points you mark measure it.
How Match Video works Does the Studio track the players in a match video?
Yes. On Amateur and Pro, pick players on a frame and each gets a ring that follows him through the clip. On Pro, once the camera is followed, Track everyone on the pitch gives every player, keeper and official a ring through the whole clip, on your device and with no credits, and reads each side from the shirts. Pick any man in the list to put him right: his kit, a keeper, an official or not a player, or swap him with the man beside him from that moment on. Put them on the board then makes each tracked man one of your counters, running his real path through every phase.
What can Match Video measure?
On Pro, from the players on your board at every moment of the clip: a side's back line and how far it stands from its goal, its width, depth and area, how many of each side stand in each third or lane, the grass each man is nearest to, where a side or one player was seen through the whole clip, and a player's speed and his distance to the men near him. With Measure, click players on the clip for the distance between two, the area inside three or more in m², each gap along a line through them, or how far one runs. Each figure sits on the clip's timeline from the moment you pick, held on a freeze or on for as long as you drag its bar. Only the men the camera sees are counted, never a guess, and every figure is in your pitch's real metres.
Who can see my match clips?
You, and the people you send it to. A clip is made ready on your own device and saved privately to your account, where it counts against your plan's storage, a total for all your files. A share link or a Team Talk of a board with a clip plays it under your drawings for whoever opens it, while your plan has Match Video and the clip is kept. Turn Show the match video off when you share and the link plays the board alone; delete the clip and every link shows the board. The PDF shows those phases on your board, with every tracked player running his real path.
How much match video can I keep?
Amateur keeps 100 MB in total, room for 2 one-minute clips or about 7 kept moments, and takes 7 new videos a month. Pro keeps 200 MB (4 one-minute clips or about 15 moments) and takes 15 a month. Storage is the room your files take at any time, so deleting a clip frees its room. Every clip you upload and every moment you keep counts once against the month, deleting it does not give it back, and the count starts again on the 1st. A storage pack adds room and new videos for as long as you keep it, from €2.49 a month or yearly with two months free; the two biggest can be taken up to 10 times, and a head coach can buy one pool for the whole team. There is no limit on how often your clips are played. The free week holds 2 clip and 5 match pictures.
See the plans and storage Can I mark the moments of a whole match?
Yes, on Amateur and Pro. Open a match in Your team, pick its video file and press a code at every moment that matters: ten ready codes on the keys 1 to 0 (Goal, Chance, Shot, Press won, Turnover, Counter, Corner, Free kick, Throw-in and Build-up) or your own, for Us or Them, with a player and a note if you want. Each press keeps 8 seconds before it and 5 after. The match plays from your device and is never uploaded, and every mark is saved as you make it, so a dropped connection or a closed tab loses nothing. Keep cuts a moment into a clip in your storage; Analyse opens it on a new board for the Match Analysis room. On Pro, every code is counted, Us against Them, half by half.
How marking a match works Can I make a playlist of match moments for my players?
Yes, on Amateur and Pro. In Your team, under Video, put kept moments and boards in the order you want to show them, up to 60, each with a note for the players. Present plays it full screen on the dressing room TV, and the arrows or a clicker move on through each board's phases and the next item. Share link sends one link your players open on their phones with no account: the kept moments with the match video, the boards with your drawings, your notes under each. Share again after a change and the same link updates. MP4 makes one file of every item, with a title card before each if you want, for the meeting room or WhatsApp.
How playlists work Can I bring in tags from another analysis tool?
Yes, on Pro. Open the match's video, press Tag files at the top of the page and choose the file: the XML timeline most analysis tools export, or a CSV with a start, an end and a code. Before anything is added you choose how it lands. If their video was cut differently, line the tags up by one of them and every tag moves by the same amount. Match each of their codes to one of yours, add it in its own colour, or skip it. Turn their labels into your players, your team or theirs; the rest stay on the moment. One file comes in as one import: bring the same file in again and it replaces the first, and Remove this import takes all of it back. Tag files also takes every marked moment out as an XML timeline or a CSV, Us and Them as Team labels and the player as a Player label, to open in the tool you already use.
How tag files work Can I record a team talk over my tactics board?
Yes, with Team Talk. Open a board, choose Record a Team Talk from Share, and talk your squad through it while you step through the phases, draw on the pitch with the pen and move players or the ball. Your voice and everything you do are saved together, and you get one link that plays it all back in time.
See Team Talk Do my players need an account to watch a Team Talk?
No. The link opens in any browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with no app and no sign-in. It plays like a video with a scrub bar, and the board moves with your voice wherever they skip to. Joining a live session needs only a name.
Which plans include Team Talk and Live present mode?
Every plan records Team Talks. Beginner records 1 a month of up to 2 minutes; Amateur and Pro record as many as you like, up to 10 minutes each. Downloading a Team Talk as an MP4 with your voice, and presenting live, are on Pro. Passing the pen to your staff during a live session is part of team plans. Watching a replay or joining a live session never needs a plan.
Compare the plans How long can a Team Talk be?
Up to 10 minutes each on Amateur and Pro, and 2 minutes on Beginner. You can pause while recording, set up the next phase, and carry on; the pause is taken out of the talk.
Can I download a Team Talk as a video?
Yes, on Pro. The MP4 has the board, your pen strokes and your voice, made in your browser, so it can go into a group chat, a club app or a presentation without a link to open. On other plans you share the Team Talk by link.
Can I present a board live to players who are somewhere else?
Yes, with Live present mode. Open a room from Share, send the link, and everyone who joins sees the board exactly as you move it: each phase, each stroke of the pen, each player you drag. You can see who is watching. There is no voice in the room itself, so use the call you already have alongside it, and record the session as a Team Talk if you want to keep it.
See Live present mode Can my assistant take over the board in a live session?
On a team plan, yes. You hand the pen to a member of your staff who has joined signed in, and from then on they step, draw and move players for everyone while you watch. One person holds the pen at a time, and you can take it back whenever you want. The players they move are saved to your board.
Can I get a video file rather than a link?
Yes. The Studio encodes an MP4 on your own machine, landscape or vertical, with the ball audible every time it moves. It needs a reasonably recent browser (Chrome 94, Edge, Safari 16.4 or Firefox 130 and up), and because the encoding happens locally, the board never leaves your computer to make the file.
See the video maker What shape and size can a video be?
Landscape, for YouTube, a laptop or a projector, or vertical, for stories, Reels and a WhatsApp status, where a full pitch stands upright to fill the screen. Either shape comes out at 720p on every plan, or at 1080p on Amateur and Pro, at 30 frames a second, or 60 on Amateur and Pro. The length of the film is shown before you make it.
Does the video have sound?
Yes, and nobody places it by hand: each sound is worked out from the board. Ball kick: every time the ball moves. Goal net: when the ball goes in a goal or a mini goal. Camera change: when a phase changes the view or the tilt. Crowd chanting: under the whole film, looped, when you turn it on. Each one can be switched off or turned down in the Sound panel. There is no music.
Can I take the watermark off a video?
On Amateur and Pro, yes. On the free plan every video and picture carries the Made with Total Football Studio mark in the corner.
Compare the plans Can I print a board for a session?
Yes. Print any shared board and you get one phase a page with your notes underneath. It prints as vector rather than a screenshot, so it stays sharp at any size, which makes the same print sheet a perfectly good PDF to hand out.
Where is my work saved?
In your own browser first, within a keystroke of every change, then synced up to your account behind that. A dropped connection in the middle of a session cannot cost you the board, because the local copy is the one that was always authoritative.
Is what I build private?
Yes, by default and permanently. Your boards sit in your account and nobody else can see them. A board becomes visible to anybody else only when you act: a share link, which reaches whoever you send it to, or publishing it to the feed, which is a separate decision with its own dialog. Neither happens on its own, and nothing you have built is ever swept into either one.
Can I use my own players rather than counters?
Yes. Save your squad once with names, numbers and photographs, and after that you pick a player instead of typing a name. The squad is private: it is stored against your account alone and the photographs sit in a bucket nobody else can read, because a squad is usually children. A face never appears on a board you share or publish unless you switch it on for that one board, on purpose, with the consequence written next to the switch.
Do I have to rebuild the same movement every time?
No. Save any run of phases as a sequence and drop it into a later system: the third-man run, the press trigger, the rotation you coach every week. Names and faces are stripped when it is saved, so a sequence is a movement pattern rather than a record of who ran it, and it still works when the squad changes. Positions are matched to whoever is standing on the new board.
Can somebody else on my staff work on the same board?
Yes. Invite them by handle or email, they get the invitation and accept it, and you decide whether each of them can edit the system or only read it. You can change that or take the access away at any point.
Can I start from one of yours rather than an empty pitch?
Yes. Several of our own systems open in the Studio as real editable documents, not pictures: step through the phases, see how it was put together, then change it and it is yours. It is the fastest way to learn the board, and nothing you do to a copy touches the original.
Can I publish a board for other coaches to see?
Yes, and it is a different act from sharing a link. Publishing puts a system on the feed under your name, where other coaches can read it, comment on it and offer their own version of it back. You choose what travels with it, one post at a time: your name, your club badge, your players’ names, their faces. An unlisted post stays unlisted until you say otherwise.
Can I put my club on it?
Yes. Your name and your club sit at the foot of every board, with ours beside them. Set it once in settings and everything you share after that is signed.
Free tools
The lineup builder and the session planner: free, in your browser, no account.
Is the lineup builder free?
Yes, and it needs no account. Pick a formation, type your players in, choose a kit and a pitch, and download the picture as a PNG. Your lineup is kept in your own browser until you start again, and the picture carries the Total Football Studio mark in the corner.
Open the lineup builder Which formations can I use?
All twenty-five of the studio's formations: four at the back, like the 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 and 4-4-2, three and five at the back, like the 3-5-2, 3-4-3 and 5-3-2, and two from the archive, the WM and the 2-3-5. Change the shape at any time and your players keep their names and numbers, each moved to the same position in the new shape wherever it has one.
What is the tilted view?
The pitch leaned back the way a television camera sees it, with every player standing up on the grass. Switch between Flat and Tilted whenever you like, and stand the pitch upright for a phone. The picture you download keeps the view you chose and turns the pitch to fit the shape you pick: landscape, square or a story.
What does Open in the studio do?
It carries your lineup into Total Football Studio as a new board, once you have signed in to a free account. There you can add phases and press Play to move the whole team, draw passes and runs, and send it as a link that opens on any phone. Player names on a studio board are part of Pro: on another plan the board opens locked, and you can keep a copy without the names.
See what the studio does Do you see the names I type?
No. The lineup is built and the picture is made in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to us. If you open it in the studio it is saved to your account like any other board, where only you can see it.
Is the session planner free?
Yes, and it needs no account, for the PDF too. Plan a session of up to eight blocks, print it or save it as a PDF, and download any block as a PNG. Up to ten plans are kept in your own browser, and the printed sheet and the picture carry the Total Football Studio mark.
Open the session planner Which drills are in the session planner?
Sixteen drills (two warm-ups, three rondos, three possession games, four small-sided games, two finishing drills and two cool-downs) and three ready sessions built from them. Each drill comes on its own grid with the players set out, the rules, the coaching points and a progression, and everything in it can be changed: the grid size, the players, the kit, the arrows and the words.
How do I get a PDF of my session plan?
Press Print or save as PDF and choose Save as PDF in the print dialog. The sheet is A4, in a compact layout or one with bigger boards, and lists every block with its board, its timing, the grid size, the rules, the coaching points and the progression. The boards are drawn rather than photographed, so they stay sharp when the PDF is zoomed.
What happens when I open a session in the studio?
Once you have signed in to a free account, every block is saved as a board in a folder named after your session, and the first one opens. There you can add phases and press Play, and send any board as a link. Cones, goals and other kit on a studio board are part of Amateur, and so are dribble arrows: on another plan those boards open locked, and you can keep a copy without them.
See what the studio does Do you see my session plans?
No. Your plans are built, drawn and printed in your browser and kept there, and nothing you type is sent to us. If you open a session in the studio, its boards are saved to your account like any other, where only you can see them.

Compare the plans What is the AI Coach founding offer?
Subscribe before the AI Coach launches and it’s included at today’s price, for as long as your plan stays active. Amateur and Pro both qualify, and a free trial counts once it becomes a paid plan. Already on one of them? You are in, with nothing to do.
How does AI Coach know the distances on my board?
Every Studio board is drawn on a real-size pitch, so every player has a position in metres. AI Coach reads those positions from a board you share with it, so it can say a full-back is 4 m from the ball carrier and 12 m ahead of his centre-backs instead of guessing from a picture.
Can AI Coach build a tactics board for me?
Yes. Describe a moment, send a photo of a whiteboard or ask for a whole play. The studio checks positions, spacing and speeds before you see the draft, and it opens as a new board you edit like any other.
Does AI Coach use the Playbook e-books?
It answers from the e-books you own, with the page, and it can turn one into a study plan for your team. It only searches books on your own shelf.
The Playbook SeriesTotal Stats
The daily card on Telegram, and the record behind it.
What is Total Stats?
A rated model that prices a match before any bookmaker price is looked at, compares its own probability to the median across the market, and backs only the disagreement. One card a day, free on Telegram.
See the record Is it free, and is there an upsell?
It is free and there is nothing to buy. The channel is public and every card posted in it is posted to everybody at the same time.
What is the actual record?
Ninety-eight graded picks across seventeen cards on national sides: plus 9.63 units returned on 28.2 units staked. The rate quoted as the headline is plus seven percent over the last ten cards, not the plus thirty-four percent all-time figure, because the all-time number is still carried by a hot start in late June and saying otherwise would be flattering the record.
Do you publish the losing bets?
Every one, in the same detail as the winners, in a table anybody can read. Every pick is written down before kickoff and graded after it. That is the only part of this that cannot be faked, which is why it is the part the page leads with.
Why are there days with no card?
Because on most days, on most matches, the model and the market agree closely enough that there is nothing worth backing after the margin. On those days nothing gets posted. A tipster who finds a bet every day is not finding bets.
Is this betting advice?
No. It is 18+, it is published for information only, it is not financial or betting advice, and nothing about it is guaranteed. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
The course
Two AI skills, and the three systems that turn them into income.
What is the course?
Twelve parts in three tracks. The first is AI motion graphics: the two video styles, the reusable engine, choreography, sound you own the rights to, and shipping. The second is AI automation and engineering: agentic workflows that watch a source, pull the data, draft the asset and queue the post, and what it takes to run one for somebody other than yourself. The third is the money: the three systems that sell either skill.
The full outline Does it actually teach how to make money from this?
Yes, and it is a third of the course rather than a bonus module at the end. Three routes are covered in the detail it takes to run one: social, where an audience pays through platform programmes, sponsors and affiliates; B2B, where the same two skills are sold to clubs, agencies, brands and any operation with a manual process eating its week; and B2C, where you build a template, a membership or a course once and sell it repeatedly. The offer, the pricing, and the part that goes wrong first, for each.
Are there income guarantees?
None, and there are no revenue screenshots on the page either. What is taught is the method, plus the real numbers behind this operation: every short measured after it went out, and the automation running on top of them. What you earn with it depends on you, your market and your effort. Anybody in this category who promises otherwise is selling you the screenshot.
Why learn this from you?
Because it is the day job, not a side project. Total Football is published by Naurra AI, which builds these systems for paying clients: ten are published as case studies, across travel, automotive, legal, e-commerce, HVAC, CRM and media. One of the ten is this channel, built with the same method and now watched 30M+ times in the last 3 months. Everything in the course has been shipped for somebody who paid for it.
Read the case studies When does it open?
It is not built yet, and the page says so rather than pretending otherwise. The waitlist is what decides the order it gets built in, and everyone on it hears first.
What will it cost?
Early access is a founding rate of 39 euro a month, locked for the life of the membership, and the number of places at that rate is limited. Nothing is charged now: joining the list takes a name and an email and nothing else.
Who is it for?
Somebody who wants to make this kind of work rather than watch more of it: an editor or designer adding AI motion graphics, a creator who wants the machine that posts without them, a freelancer looking for a service worth retaining, or an analyst or coach with a channel. You finish with one finished video, one workflow still running, and one offer written down and priced.
Do I need to care about football?
No. Football is the worked example because it is what this operation has measured to death, but nothing in the three tracks is sport-specific. The engine pattern is the same for a product tour or a process diagram, the agents do not know what a fixture is, and the three ways of selling are the three ways anything like this gets sold.
Do I need to be able to code?
You need to be comfortable with tools, not with computer science. The automation half is built from nodes, triggers and the services you already pay for rather than written from scratch, and where code does appear it is short and handed to you. If you have ever wired two apps together and been annoyed at the seam, you are the right level.
Plans and pricing
What is free, what the paid plans add, and how paying works.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Beginner is free for as long as you want it, with no card and nothing that expires. It has the whole animation engine: players, passes, runs, pitch lines, phases and the movement between them, plus undo, playback and share links. It holds 15 boards on the web and on iPhone and iPad 2 new boards, 2 sequences and 5 squad players a month, exports video at 720p and images at 1080p, and keeps the watermark on.
Compare the plans Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try Amateur or Pro free for 7 days, with up to 10 boards while you try. A card is needed to start, nothing is charged until day 8, and cancelling before then costs nothing. There is one free trial per account and per card, and none for team plans.
How the free trial works What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only the price and how often you pay. Amateur is €11.99 a month, or €8.99 a month billed yearly. Pro is €18.99 a month, or €15.99 a month billed yearly. Both plans do exactly the same things either way.
Is anything added to the price at checkout?
No. Every price is in euros and is the full price, so the number on the page is the number you pay, for coaches and for clubs alike. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it.
Will the price go up?
Yes. These are launch prices and they will rise. Subscribe now and you keep the price you joined at for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Any time, from your account settings. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Moving up to Pro, from monthly to yearly, or from an individual plan to a team plan, applies straight away and is prorated. Moving down waits for the end of the period.
Changing and cancelling, step by step What happens to my boards if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is rewritten. A board that uses a paid feature locks until you upgrade again, and then it opens exactly as you left it. If you would rather stay free, one press makes a free copy with the paid work taken out, and the original stays untouched beside it.
Locked boards, explained How do team plans work?
A team plan covers 3 or more coaches on one invoice and one card, and the owner holds one of the seats. Every coach gets a full Amateur or Pro account, and the price of each seat falls with every coach you add from 3 to eight, then stays at that rate however many seats you have. You invite coaches by email or @handle, we email them the invite, and they accept from their own account. A coach who already pays for a plan loses nothing: what their plan had left comes off the team's next invoice.
How team plans work Do you have a plan for colleges and universities?
Yes, by quote. Colleges and universities usually buy on invoice with their own terms, so tell us how many students and staff need access and we will send a quote.
Can I pay in the iPhone app?
No. The app is free on the App Store and takes no payments. You choose a plan on the web, and it applies everywhere you sign in, including iPhone and iPad.
Can I earn by recommending the Studio?
Yes, on an Amateur or Pro plan you pay for yourself, or as the owner of a team plan. Join in Settings, share your link, and when somebody subscribes through it and pays you earn a one-time commission on their first payment: up to 33% as an Amateur member and up to 50% as a Pro member. Each commission is held for 30 days, then paid in the next payout run, every 30 days. Your rate is locked for life from the day you join, and it will be lower for people who join later.
How the affiliate programme worksThe e-books
The Playbook Series: six coaching books, what is in them and how to get them.
What is the Playbook Series?
Six football coaching e-books from Total Football Studio: The 4-3-3 Playbook, Playing Out From the Back, The 4-2-3-1 Playbook, The Pressing Playbook, The Set-Piece Playbook and The Back-Three Playbook. Every board is drawn to scale, every number has a source, and every idea ends with a session.
See the six books Is any of it free?
The 4-3-3 Playbook is free. It arrives in the welcome email when you join the newsletter, and you may share it with credit.
Get the 4-3-3 Playbook Which languages are the e-books in?
All six books are in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian, translated in full with the boards and the index. Buying a book gives you every language at no extra cost, and the free 4-3-3 Playbook and the free samples come in all five too.
See the six books What format are the e-books in?
A4 PDFs with bookmarks for every chapter, a clickable contents page and an index of terms, people and teams. They read on any device and print on A4.
What do the paid e-books cost?
Playing Out From the Back, The 4-2-3-1 Playbook, The Pressing Playbook, The Set-Piece Playbook and The Back-Three Playbook are €9.99 each for accounts on a paying Studio plan, and €14.99 each without one. All five together are €42.46 with a plan, or €63.71 without (€74.95 bought one by one). Starting a Studio plan with a book in the same checkout takes money off that first payment too.
See the prices Can I read some before I buy?
Yes. Each paid book has a free 13-page sample on its page: the front matter and introduction, the start of chapter 1, the first session and the back cover.
Read a free sample Can I earn by recommending the e-books?
Yes. Members of the Total Football Studio affiliate programme, on an Amateur or Pro plan, earn 20% (Amateur) or 30% (Pro) of every Playbook Series e-book bought by someone they referred, on every book, for 12 months from the day that person signed up through their link. The price is the same for the buyer either way.

Do you track me?
Not in the way that word usually means. The site sets no cookies, stores nothing that identifies you, and uses no third-party analytics SDK. It counts page views so it is possible to tell which systems people read. That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The privacy policy Can I opt out of being counted?
Yes, and it takes one click. "Do not count my visit" sits at the foot of every page on the site, and it holds until you undo it.
How do I get in touch?
Email totalfootball@naurra.ai. Corrections to anything in the library are especially welcome, because the boards are drawn to scale and if one of them is wrong it should be fixed rather than defended.
Where else can I follow it?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for the videos, and Telegram for the daily Total Stats card. Every link is in the footer of this page.
Still the best answer is a diagram.
One system a week, drawn and explained the same way as the rest of the library.
