The affiliate programme

These terms apply if you join the affiliate programme. How it works, in plain words, is on the affiliate programme page.

Who can join

Members with an active Amateur or Pro plan they pay for themselves (a free trial counts once it has become a paid plan), and owners of a paid team plan. A seat on a team someone else pays for does not qualify. You need a handle, because your link is your handle.

Your link

Your link is your handle. It keeps working for as long as you are in the programme. If you change your handle, links with the old one still credit you, and no other member can take it.

What counts as a referral

A person who makes an account after following your link, and starts a paid plan within 12 months of making it. An account belongs to the first link it signed up through. You cannot refer yourself, including through a second account, and a customer who has paid us before is not a new customer.

Commission

One commission per referred customer, on their first payment, calculated on what they paid before any tax, at the rate on your card for your plan at the moment they pay. If your plan does not qualify at that moment (you are on the free plan, in a trial, or your payment is paused), that referral earns nothing. Nothing is earned on renewals, upgrades or seat changes.

E-book sales are the exception: every Playbook Series e-book bought by a person you referred, within 12 months of their account being made, earns 20% (Amateur) or 30% (Pro) of what they paid for the book before any tax, at the rate for your plan at the moment they pay, with the same hold, checks and payouts. A refund of the book cancels or recovers that commission.

Your rate card is fixed on the day you join and kept for life, including if you leave and rejoin. We may offer lower rates to people who join later; we will not lower yours.

Hold, refunds and chargebacks

Each commission is held for 30 days. A refund or chargeback of the payment during the hold cancels it; after payout, the amount is deducted from your next payout, and carried forward until it is recovered. A chargeback decided in our favour restores it.

Payouts

Payouts run every 30 days, in euros, for every commission that has cleared its hold, once your balance is €25 or more; a smaller balance carries forward. We pay by bank transfer, or through Stripe once that is available, in which case Stripe’s terms for connected accounts also apply.

Instead of a payout you may move commissions we have approved to your wallet, in any amount, at any time, without waiting for the hold. Wallet credit is applied to your own future payments to us and cannot be paid out, transferred or exchanged for money. A commission later refunded or disputed is deducted from your next payout or wallet move, as for a payout.

Tax

Commissions are income to you, and declaring them is your responsibility. If you are registered for VAT we will ask for your VAT number before your first payout and may ask you to agree to self-billing, where we issue the invoice for your commission on your behalf.

How you promote it

Share your link wherever you like, including social media, newsletters, ads and deal sites. You are responsible for following the law where you promote it, including the rules on unsolicited messages and on saying that you earn a commission.

Fraud

Every commission is checked by us before it becomes payable, including signals such as a shared card, a shared connection or a shared email domain between a member and their referrals. Nothing is withheld automatically; a commission we do not approve is cancelled and shown as not approved in your dashboard. Commissions earned through fake accounts, stolen payment details or self-referral are cancelled, and we may close the member’s place in the programme.

Leaving, and changes

You can leave at any time in Settings. Your link stops tracking new signups, and everything you already earned is still paid on the normal schedule. We may change these terms or end the programme with 30 days’ notice by email; commissions earned before then are paid.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy a plan as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days run from the day the contract is made, which is the day you subscribe (or start a free trial). A plan bought as a business, with a company name at checkout, does not carry this right.

How to withdraw. In the Studio, go to Settings, then Account, and press Withdraw from contract here. You can also tell us by email at totalfootball@naurra.ai, or by post to NAURRA AI LTD at the address below, with a clear statement that you are withdrawing; the model form below may be used but is not required. It is enough to send it before the 14 days end. We confirm every withdrawal by email straight away.

What you get back. We refund the payments we received for the plan without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. Anything your wallet paid goes back to your wallet. Because at checkout you asked for your plan to start straight away, you pay for the service up to the moment you withdraw: we keep the share of each paid period you have used, counted by the time, and refund the rest. A free trial costs nothing. Withdrawing ends the plan and it does not renew; nothing you made is deleted.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

E-books

The Playbook Series e-books are sold as PDF files for a single payment, with no subscription. Each book is added straight away to a Total Football Studio account, under Your e-books, where you can download it again whenever you need to: the account you are signed in to, or, if you buy signed out, the account for the email you pay with, which we make for you if there is none. A book bought signed out can also be downloaded from the confirmation page for 7 days. The price is shown before you pay; accounts on a paying Studio plan pay the members' price when signed in. A plan and a book bought together in one checkout are discounted on that first payment only.

Your licence. A copy is licensed to the buyer for personal and club coaching use. You may print pages for your own players and staff. Please do not share the file publicly, upload it or resell it. For a licence that covers a whole club or academy, write to us.

Right of withdrawal. An e-book is digital content delivered at once. At checkout you ask us to deliver it straight away and confirm that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, so once the book is in your account the purchase cannot be withdrawn. A free sample of every paid book is on its page, so you can read it first. If a file is faulty, will not open or is not the book you bought, tell us at totalfootball@naurra.ai and we will fix it or refund you. A refunded book is removed from your account.
