Everything, in plain words.
Members on an Amateur or Pro plan get a link, totalfootballstudio.com/@yourhandle. When someone subscribes through it and pays, the member earns a one-time commission on that first payment, up to 33% as an Amateur and up to 50% as a Pro. Each commission is held for 30 days, then paid in the next payout run, every 30 days, once the balance reaches €25.
Step by step

1. Have an Amateur or Pro plan, and a handle
The programme is open to members who pay for their own Amateur or Pro plan, once any free trial has become a paid plan, and to the owner of a team plan. A seat on someone else’s team does not qualify.
Your link is your handle, so claim one in Settings first if you have not.

2. Join in Settings
Open Settings, then the Account tab, then Affiliate programme and press Join the programme. Your link appears straight away, with a button to copy or share it.

3. Share your link
Your link is totalfootballstudio.com/@yourhandle. It opens the homepage, or the pricing page if you choose that in Settings. When the visitor makes an account from that visit, free or paid, the account is yours: if they start a paid plan within 12 months, the referral counts. The first link an account signs up through is the one that counts. No cookie is used.
Put it in your bio and leave it there: it keeps working for as long as you are in the programme, and if you change your handle the old link still credits you. Nobody else can take a handle that was your link.

4. They subscribe and pay
The referral appears in your dashboard as soon as they start a plan or a free trial. It earns a commission when they make their first payment: straight away on a paid plan, or when a free trial turns into a paid plan. A trial cancelled before its first payment earns nothing.

5. The commission is held, then paid
Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, so a refund or a chargeback can cancel it, and we check every commission by hand before it is paid. After that it is payable, and the next payout run, every 30 days, pays everything payable once your balance is €25 or more. A smaller balance carries forward to the next run.
How much you earn
Up to 33% of the first payment as an Amateur, and up to 50% as a Pro. The rate depends on the plan you are on at the moment your referral makes their first payment, and on what they bought: a monthly plan, a yearly plan or a team plan each have their own rate on your card. The full card, with every rate, is in your dashboard.
Commission is worked out on what the customer actually paid, before any tax, and it is paid once per customer. Renewals, upgrades and extra seats earn nothing more.
Your rates are locked for life
The rate card you join on stays yours for as long as you are in the programme, and if you leave and come back you keep it. Rates for people who join later will be lower.
When you get paid
Every commission waits 30 days after the payment it came from, and is checked by us before it can be paid. Payouts run every 30 days and pay everything that has cleared its hold, in euros, once your balance is €25 or more. A smaller balance carries forward.
Payouts are sent by bank transfer. Before your first one we email you for your bank details and, if you are VAT registered, your VAT number. Payouts through Stripe, where Stripe verifies you and holds your bank details, are coming.
Or spend it on your own plan instead. As soon as we approve a commission you can move it, any amount, to your wallet, where it comes off your next renewal or upgrade before your card is charged. The 30-day wait is for bank payouts only, as is the payout minimum of €25. Nothing moves to the wallet unless you press the button.
Refunds and chargebacks
A refund or a chargeback during the 30-day hold cancels that commission. After it has been paid, the same amount comes off your next payout. A partial refund does not change the commission on its own; we look at it by hand. A chargeback that is later decided in our favour gives the commission back.
What you see, and what you do not
Your dashboard shows clicks on your link, signups, first payments, what is held, payable and paid, and an activity list of every step as it happens. People you refer appear as numbered rows with their plan and your commission. You never see their name, handle or email, and they never need to tell you.
Programme terms, in short
- Who can join. Members with an active Amateur or Pro plan they pay for themselves (a free trial counts once it has become a paid plan), and owners of a paid team plan.
- Your link. Your link is your handle.
- What counts as a referral. A person who makes an account after following your link, and starts a paid plan within 12 months of making it.
- Commission. One commission per referred customer, on their first payment, calculated on what they paid before any tax, at the rate on your card for your plan at the moment they pay.
- Hold, refunds and chargebacks. Each commission is held for 30 days.
- Payouts. Payouts run every 30 days, in euros, for every commission that has cleared its hold, once your balance is €25 or more; a smaller balance carries forward.
- Tax. Commissions are income to you, and declaring them is your responsibility.
- How you promote it. Share your link wherever you like, including social media, newsletters, ads and deal sites.
- Fraud. Every commission is checked by us before it becomes payable, including signals such as a shared card, a shared connection or a shared email domain between a member and their referrals.
- Leaving, and changes. You can leave at any time in Settings.

Who can join the affiliate programme?
Members on an Amateur or Pro plan they pay for themselves, once any free trial has turned into a paid plan, and owners of a team plan. A seat on someone else’s team does not qualify, and neither does the free Beginner plan.
How much can I earn?
Up to 33% of a new customer’s first payment as an Amateur, and up to 50% as a Pro, once per customer. Your full rate card is in your dashboard.
Is the commission recurring?
No. It is paid once, on the first payment of each customer you refer. Renewals, upgrades and seat changes earn nothing more.
What if my referral starts with a free trial?
You earn when the trial becomes a paid plan and the first payment is taken. A trial cancelled before then earns nothing.
When do I get paid?
We check and approve every commission. Once approved, you can move any amount to your wallet straight away, where it comes off your own next renewal or upgrade. For money in your bank, each commission waits 30 days after the payment, then it is paid in the next payout run, every 30 days, once your balance is €25 or more; a smaller balance carries forward.
Do people I refer pay more?
No. The price is the same with or without a link, and the link sets no cookie.
Can I see who signed up through my link?
No. You see numbered referrals with their plan, their status and your commission, never a name, handle or email.
What happens if I move to the free plan or leave?
Everything you already earned is still paid. While your plan does not qualify, a referral that makes its first payment earns nothing. If you leave, your link stops tracking new signups; if you rejoin, you keep your original rates.
