Changing plan, moving to a team, and cancelling

Step by step

   Open Billing

   Go to Settings, then the Account tab, then Billing.

   Press Change plan and pick one

   The list has Amateur and Pro, monthly and yearly, and the two team plans with a seat count.

   Read what it costs before you confirm

   The confirmation shows what you pay today and what you pay from then on. The figure shown is the figure charged.

What happens straight away, and what waits

Straight away, charged now for the rest of the period with credit for what you have not used: Amateur to Pro, monthly to yearly, and any individual plan to a team plan.

At the end of the period you have paid for, with nothing to pay today: Pro to Amateur, yearly to monthly, and a team plan back to an individual one. Until then you keep what you have.

• A change that is waiting for the end of the period is shown under your plan in Billing, with its date.
• A declined card on an upgrade means the change is simply not made: you keep what you had.

Moving from an individual plan to a team

Choose Team Amateur or Team Pro in Change plan and set the seats, you included. It happens straight away: the unused part of your individual plan is credited against the first team payment, and you become the team owner with your own seat. If you were on a free trial, the trial ends and the team is paid from today.

Moving from a team back to an individual plan

Only the owner can, and only once every other seat is empty: remove the other coaches and withdraw any open invites first. The change waits for the end of the period.

Cancelling and resuming

Cancel plan keeps every tool until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Beginner. Nothing is deleted. Until that date, Resume plan undoes the cancellation.

Your launch price is kept only while the subscription stays active. Coming back after cancelling means paying the price of the day.

Withdrawing in the first 14 days

Bought as a consumer, a plan can be withdrawn from within 14 days of subscribing, without a reason. Settings shows Withdraw from contract here for those 14 days. You confirm with your name, and the confirmation is emailed at once.

You get back what you paid less the share of the period you have used, counted by the time, within 14 days, to the way you paid. Anything your wallet paid goes back to your wallet. During a free trial nothing has been paid, so the plan simply ends. A plan bought as a business, with a company name, does not carry this right.

If a renewal is declined

The plan pauses at once and the paid tools lock until it is paid. Settings shows Your plan is paused with Fix payment. Paying keeps your renewal date where it was.
