How do team plans work?
A team plan pays for 3 or more coaches on one invoice and one card. Every coach gets a full Amateur or Pro account of their own, the owner included, and each seat costs less with every coach you add from 3 to 8. The owner invites coaches by email or @handle and they accept from their own account.

Seats
The owner holds one of the seats: a team of 5 is the owner and 4 coaches. An invite that has not been answered still takes a seat.
Adding seats is charged straight away for the rest of the period, and every seat in the team moves to the lower price. Removing seats gives nothing back for the period already paid; the lower price starts at the next payment. You cannot go below the number of seats that are taken.
Each coach keeps their own account
A seat is a full account: their own boards, squad and settings. A coach who leaves the team, or is removed, moves to Beginner and keeps every board they made; boards that use paid tools lock until they have a paid plan again.
Coaches who already pay
If a coach you invite already pays for their own plan, you see how many days they have left and what that is worth before you invite them. When they accept, their own plan ends and that amount comes off the team’s next invoice. Nothing they paid is lost.
When the team payment stops
Every coach on the team follows the team’s plan. If a payment is declined, every seat pauses until it is paid; if the team is cancelled, every coach moves to Beginner at the end of the period.

A coach who already pays for a plan loses nothing: what their plan had left comes off the team's next invoice.
Does the owner need a seat?
Yes. The owner holds one seat, so a team of 5 seats is the owner and 4 other coaches.
Is there a free trial for teams?
No. The free trial is for Amateur and Pro on their own.
Can a team pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly is cheaper per seat, and the seat discount applies on top of it: the lowest price is €7.64 a month for Team Amateur and €13.59 a month for Team Pro, per seat, at 8 seats or more, billed yearly.
