Pose the phases on a real board and the studio films the movement between them. Export an MP4 for the projector, the group chat or a story, made in your browser, with the ball heard every time it moves.
Free to start. Nothing to install, and nothing uploaded to make the film.

A board in, a film out.

01
Pose the phases
Put your players down, add a phase and drag them to where the ball takes them. The studio works out the movement in between, so there is no timeline and nothing to keyframe.
-
02
Pick a shape and a size
Landscape for a laptop or a projector, vertical for a story or a status. Then 720p or 1080p, at 30 or 60 frames a second.
-
03
Export the MP4
The film is made in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and the board never leaves your computer. You see how long it runs before you make it.
One board, both shapes.
The exporter turns the board to whichever way fills the frame, and pads it with grass until the pitch reaches every edge. Here is the same film, landscape.
- Landscape YouTube, a laptop, a projector.
- Vertical Stories, Reels, a WhatsApp status. A full pitch stands upright to fill the screen.
Everything a coach would cut by hand, done for you.
-
A camera that follows the ball
Fixed, Follow the ball and Manual. Follow the ball pushes in on the ball and travels with it, and a phase can switch to another view or tilt: the camera pans, zooms and turns there during the move.
-
Sound worked out from the board
Ball kick, goal net, camera change and crowd chanting if you want it. Nobody places a sound: a kick is the ball being somewhere else in the next phase. No music.
-
Words that explain it
The board’s name at the top, each phase’s title and note as it plays, your name and club at the foot, and a bar along the bottom that shows how far through it is.
-
Trajectories
A soft tail behind every player and the ball as they move, so a run reads as a run and not as a counter that jumped.
-
Pace for every phase
Hold a phase for up to 6 seconds and take 0.2 to 3 seconds over the move to the next. Slow down the moment that matters, hurry the rest.
-
A tilted, broadcast pitch
Pose on the flat board while you edit, and film it leaned back the way a television camera sees a match, with the players standing up on the grass.

What each plan exports.
Every plan makes the film, in both shapes and with sound. The paid plans make it sharper, smoother and yours alone.

Not every board needs a file.
-
Send a link instead
Seven characters that play the same board on any phone, with no app and no account. Change a phase later and everyone who has the link sees the new one.
How sharing works -
Talk them through it
Record your voice over the board as you step through the phases and draw with the pen. Your squad gets one link that plays both together.

About the video export.
Shapes and sizes, sound, the watermark, browsers and Team Talk.
All questions Can I get a video file rather than a link?
Yes. The Studio encodes an MP4 on your own machine, landscape or vertical, with the ball audible every time it moves. It needs a reasonably recent browser (Chrome 94, Edge, Safari 16.4 or Firefox 130 and up), and because the encoding happens locally, the board never leaves your computer to make the file.
What shape and size can a video be?
Landscape, for YouTube, a laptop or a projector, or vertical, for stories, Reels and a WhatsApp status, where a full pitch stands upright to fill the screen. Either shape comes out at 720p on every plan, or at 1080p on Amateur and Pro, at 30 frames a second, or 60 on Amateur and Pro. The length of the film is shown before you make it.
Does the video have sound?
Yes, and nobody places it by hand: each sound is worked out from the board. Ball kick: every time the ball moves. Goal net: when the ball goes in a goal or a mini goal. Camera change: when a phase changes the view or the tilt. Crowd chanting: under the whole film, looped, when you turn it on. Each one can be switched off or turned down in the Sound panel. There is no music.
Can I take the watermark off a video?
On Amateur and Pro, yes. On the free plan every video and picture carries the Made with Total Football mark in the corner.
Compare the plans Can I download a Team Talk as a video?
Yes, on Pro. The MP4 has the board, your pen strokes and your voice, made in your browser, so it can go into a group chat, a club app or a presentation without a link to open. On other plans you share the Team Talk by link.
