The Team Centre: fixtures, match prep, team sheets and your season
Short answer
How do I manage my team's fixtures, team sheet and season in Total Football Studio?
Open Your team in the portal. Fixtures, the calendar feed, match prep and opponent notes are on every plan; availability, the team sheet, match reports, season stats, player pages and the season plan are on Pro.
- Where
- Your team, in the portal: Fixtures, Squad, Season stats and Season plan.
- Plan
- Fixtures, calendar import and feed, the next match, match prep and opponent notes: every plan, including the free Beginner plan. Squad import, availability, team sheets, match reports, season stats, player pages, monthly reviews, the training register and the season plan: Pro.

Step by step
-
Add your fixtures
Add a match by hand, or paste your league or club calendar link (iCal or .ics) and check every match before it is saved.
When a kick-off moves, read the link again: matches already there move to their new time and are never added twice. The next match waits on your portal with a countdown and its prep board.
-
Prepare the match
Pick your shape and theirs. Both go on one pitch, theirs turned round, and five match-ups are counted the same way every time: at the back, in central midfield, up front and on each flank.
One press builds the match prep board with both shapes on it. Notes on the opponent (how they usually line up, how they play, players to watch) come into match prep with your results against them.
-
Pick the team
Mark anyone injured, ill, away, suspended or a doubt, for a few days or a number of matches, and it shows on your squad, the next match and the team sheet.
In match prep, pick your eleven, your bench and your captain, fill the empty slots by position or start from your last team, and the match board gets their names.
-
Add the result
Add the score after the match. With a team sheet, the result opens already filled in: who started, substitutes with their minutes, goals, assists and cards.
Every player's season is added up from those rows, so a mistake is fixed by opening that match again, never by editing a total.
-
Plan the training week
Answer four questions once: when the season runs, which days you train, up to three things to get better at, and what players are rated on. Every training day then gets its job from where it sits against your matches.
Take the register on a training day: who came, how hard it was (RPE, 1 to 10) and how long it ran. One press turns any session into a training board.
Your fixtures in your calendar
On Fixtures, make a private calendar link and add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. It carries every match (kick-off, venue, competition, and the score once you add it) and every training day of your season plan with its job. Calendars refresh it every few hours.
It never carries a player: no names, no team sheets, no availability and no notes. Share it with your staff or the parents if you want to, and turn it off or make a new link at any time.
Bans from the cards
Set your competition's rule in the season (a ban after so many yellows, and for a sending-off) and the squad page suggests each ban from the cards in your results. Nothing is a ban until you confirm it. The rule is off until you set it.
A sending-off is a red card, or two yellows in one match. Those two yellows do not count towards the yellow total.
The match report
Turn any result into a report: the score, the starting eleven, the bench, goals, assists and cards, and a few words of your own. Save it as a picture, copy it as text or share it.
Choose full names, first names or initials, so a parents' group never needs the whole squad list. Your few words are only on that report and are not saved.
Season stats
The Season stats tab counts everything from your results: the record and points (three for a win, one for a draw), home and away, clean sheets, the longest unbeaten run, scorers, every player's share of the minutes against your real match length, and discipline.
With registers taken, it shows attendance (injured and excused do not count against a player) and the average training load per player week by week. Load is each player's effort (RPE 1 to 10) times the minutes, shown as numbers and nothing more.
Player pages and monthly reviews
Every player has a page with their season, ratings from 1 to 10 on the skills you choose (not rated yet shows as empty, never as a zero), strengths, what to work on and your notes.
Save a review each month and a radar puts it beside an earlier month, skill by skill. All of it is private: none of it is on any board or link.
The season as a month
Read the season plan week by week or as a month calendar coloured by each day's job. A day in the month jumps to its week. Change any day, write a note on it or call it off.
On someone else's team
A coach on a team seat with the squad shared switches to the head coach's Team Centre at the top of their own team page. With edit rights they can change fixtures, results and the plan, and the boards they build go on their own shelf.
Questions
What is the Team Centre?
The Team Centre is the page for your team's week, under Your team in the portal. On every plan: keep your fixtures or import them from your league's calendar link, see them in your own calendar app, count both shapes line against line, keep notes on each opponent, and build the match prep board in one tap. On Pro: mark who is injured or suspended, pick your team sheet, turn the result into a match report, see the season in numbers, rate players with monthly reviews, and plan every training week round your matches with a register.
Can my fixtures and training days show in Google or Apple Calendar?
Yes. On Fixtures in the Team Centre, make a private calendar link and subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. It carries every match (kick-off, venue, competition, and the score once you add it) and every training day of your season plan with its job, and calendars refresh it every few hours. It never carries a player: no names, no team sheets, no availability and no notes. Turn it off or make a new link at any time. It is on every plan.
Can I send a match report to the parents' group?
Yes, on Pro. Open a result in the Team Centre and make a match report: the score, the starting eleven, the bench, goals, assists and cards, and a few words of your own. Save it as a picture, copy it as text or share it, with full names, first names or initials, so a parents' group never needs the whole squad list. Your few words are only on that report and are not saved.
