Inviting coaches to your team, and managing seats
Short answer
How do I add coaches to my team plan?
Open Settings, then the Account tab, then Team, type a coach’s email or @handle, press Find, then Invite. We email them the invite; they need an account to accept, and the free plan is enough.

Open Team
Go to Settings, then the Account tab, then Team. It lists every seat: who holds it, who is invited, and which are free.

Find the coach
Type their email address or their @handle and press Find. If they already pay for a plan of their own, you see how many days they have left and what that is worth: that amount comes off your next team invoice when they accept.

Invite them
Press Invite. We email them a link: straight to the invite if they have an account, or to make a free one with their address filled in. The seat is held for them until they accept or you withdraw it.

They accept
They accept from Settings on their own account. You get an email when they do, and they have every tool of your plan from then on.
Resend, withdraw and remove
Resend emails an open invite again; it waits ten minutes between sends. Withdraw frees an invited seat. Remove takes a coach off the team: they move to Beginner and keep every board they made.
Adding and removing seats
Change seats shows the price before you confirm. More seats are charged now for the rest of the period and lower the price of every seat; fewer seats cost less from the next payment. If every seat is taken, Add a seat appears next to the invite.
Inviting by handle keeps email addresses private
An invite by @handle shows you the handle, never the email address behind it.
Questions
Does the coach need an account?
Yes, to accept. The free Beginner plan is enough, and the invite email takes them straight to making one.
What if a coach already pays for their own plan?
Their unused days are not lost. When they accept, their own plan ends and what it had left comes off your next team invoice.
Does an unanswered invite use a seat?
Yes, until they accept or you withdraw it.
