Step by step

   Claim a handle

   Your link is your handle: totalfootballstudio.com/@yourhandle. If you have no handle yet, set one in Settings, on the Personal tab, in the Handle field under You.

   Join the programme

   Open Settings, then the Account tab, then Affiliate programme and press Join the programme. If your plan does not qualify, the panel says why: the free plan, a trial that has not turned into a paid plan yet, a paused payment, or a seat on someone else’s team.

   Copy or share your link

   Press Copy or share. On a phone it opens the share sheet; on a computer it copies the link.

   Watch the numbers

   Clicks count visits to your link. Signups count people who started a plan or a free trial through it. Paying counts the ones who made their first payment, which is when a commission is earned.

   Choose what to do with it

   Once we approve a commission, the panel gives you three choices under What to do with your earnings. Use it on your plan: press Move to wallet and any amount comes off your next renewal or upgrade, straight away. Get paid: every 30 days it goes to your bank, once each commission is 30 days past its payment and your balance is €25 or more (before your first payout we email you for your bank details). Wait: below that it carries forward and never expires. Nothing moves to the wallet by itself.

What each status means

Every referral is a numbered row with its plan and your commission. You never see who it is.

• Signed up, not paid yet: they started a plan or a free trial. Nothing is earned until the first payment.
• Being checked by us: they paid, and we are checking the commission before approving it.
• Approved, wallet now or bank from a date: you can move it to your wallet straight away; for your bank it waits until 30 days after the payment, in case of a refund or a chargeback.
• Approved, wallet now or bank at the next payout: the wait is over and the next payout takes it, unless you move it to your wallet first.
• Paid: it went out in a payout or moved to your wallet, listed under Payouts and Activity.
• Refunded or disputed: during the hold the commission is cancelled; after payout it comes off your next payout.
• Never paid, or not a new customer: a trial cancelled before its first payment, or someone who had paid us before, earns nothing.
• Not approved: we did not approve the commission, usually because it looked like a self-referral or a fake account.

Your rates

The panel shows the full rate card you joined on, for both plans, with your current plan marked. It is locked for life. You earn at the rate of the plan you are on when a referral makes its first payment.

Activity

Below your referrals, Activity lists each step as it happens: a signup, a first payment, an approval, a payout, a refund. Every line comes from the same log we use, so the two never disagree.

Leaving

Leave the programme is at the bottom of the panel. Your link stops tracking new signups, and everything you already earned is still paid. The full rules are in the programme terms (/terms/, section affiliate-programme); the programme itself is explained at /affiliates/.
