Working on a system with your staff, and publishing it
Short answer
Can my staff work on the same tactics board?
Yes. Invite them onto a system by handle or email and decide, per person, whether they can edit it or only read it. This is free on every plan and is separate from a team plan, which is about paying for several accounts.

Inviting staff onto a system
Yes. Invite them by handle or email, they get the invitation and accept it, and you decide whether each of them can edit the system or only read it. You can change that or take the access away at any point.
Publishing to the feed
Yes, and it is a different act from sharing a link. Publishing puts a system on the feed under your name, where other coaches can read it, comment on it and offer their own version of it back. You choose what travels with it, one post at a time: your name, your club badge, your players’ names, their faces. An unlisted post stays unlisted until you say otherwise.
Sharing a system is not a team plan
Inviting somebody onto a system lets them see or edit that system, on whatever plan they are on. A team plan pays for several accounts at once, so every coach on it has the paid tools on everything they build.
